Does One Fitness Product "do it all?"

Not quite, but there is one that delivers

Strength    Tone    Flexibility    Endurance

And does so while being versatile, durable, portable and affordable.  That is very impressive combination for a product costing less than $100 and is more versatile than its predecessor that sold nearly 10 million units in the 1970's.

It is called the Steel-Bow, and it is an improved design of the time tested and proven Bullworker.  It is 20 inches long and weighing less than 2 pounds, it offers resistance levels from "one pound to almost impossible."

The Steel-Bow offers three fitness routines: Isometric, Isotonic & Iso-Motion.  All 3 routines offer excellent fitness benefits alone, yet all three easily interchange, complimenting each other and providing the change in workout routines needed every four to six weeks to keep the body in top shape.

The best-known routine, Isometrics, offers strength building flexing in the form of single 10-second exercises.  Isometrics are known for their fast strength producing benefits, without adding bulk to your frame.

The second routine is Isotonic (repetition and sets) which gives the user tone and definition.  The principle behind the Isometric routine is very similar to the principles behind the BowFlex; the further one bends the rod, in this case, compresses the Steel-Bow resistance spring, the greater resistance.  Like the BowFlex, the resistance factor is not equal throughout the compression of the unit, but the resistance factor is ALWAYS present.  Outside of the purist or the professional competitor, the routine is extremely effective.

The last routine, Iso-Motion, is the least known of the three, but in actuality amy be the most effective as it combines the benefits of Strength & Tone with Flexibility and Endurance.  Iso-Motion uses an Isometric hold with a Dynamic Tension movement, a combination Tai-Chi ballet with resistance throughout the complete motion. In a much simpler explanation, it simulates the muscular movement of a gymnast without having to be one.

But how does one size fit all, or in this case, everyone?  Just as free weights can be adjusted for Men and Women, so too can the Steel-Bow.  The Steel-bow comes with three inter-changing springs that allow three different resistances levels and while the Level 1 Spring seems rather easy, it is extremely challenging when used in the Iso-Motion routine.  The Level 2 Spring is what most people would use for their Isometic.Isotonic exercises, with the Level 3 Spring reserved for the strongest individuals.

Included is a two-sided Men & Women's Chart, detailing all three routines along with a challenging 30-minut DVD workout.  Truly small enough to go anywhere, including carry-on for a flight, and durable enough to provide years of use, with a 10-year limited warranty.

While purists may downplay the Steel-Bow as a gimmick, it is the "best kept secret in fitness" and used properly can humble any gym-rat if they are bold enough to use it.  They will claim it does not work as will as whatever device they are using, but they never seem to be carrying a BowFlex or set of Olympic weights around with them.  It resonates in the Steel-Bow slogan,

"Why Pump Iron when you can Push Steel?"

The Steel-Bow is the closest product to "Popeye Spinach" out there, and has 40+ years of proven results.  There is no simpler or more convenient product today for total fitness...

Any where, Any place, Any time by Any one.   "One-for-all and All-for one” product.

The Power of the Bow is the Steel-Bow.
