Will someone please advise me on how often I should be working out. I have a bullworker clone "macho-power" that is probably 25 years old . I recently started working out again and I'm doing it everyday so my body can get used to the workouts. Is it best to work every other day???? Also I usually work out for about 45 min to 1 hour
