A review from another forum - anyone care to review the powerbow?

So, I faintly remember my Uncle having a Bullworker when I was a kid (back in the early 70's) and last year decided to try and track one down purely for nostalgic reasons. ten minutes of surfing the web later - I was amazed to find that an old work colleague of mine was now selling Bullworkers online! What a small world... A swift credit card transaction later, followed by a phone call to blag a free exercise video and I only had a to wait a few days for it to turn up.
